Calculations for Stroke due to Family History of Stroke

1. The data in the paper gives un-normalized relative risks for stroke for women segregated by family history stroke. Data for men were not statistically significant.
2. The risks are then normalized.
3. The lambda values for the various cancers are changed accordingly.
