1. The data in the paper gives un-normalized relative risks for heart diseases for men segregated by age and family history of heart diseases. The data for women is inconclusive due to insufficient numbers and are thus assumed to be 1.
2. The risks are then normalized.
3. The lambda values for heart diseases are changed accordingly.
