1. The data in the paper gives un-normalized relative risks for diabetes segregated by race and family history of diabetes.
2. The risks cannot be normalized as the distribution of the population with respect to history of diabetes is not stated in the paper. Efforts will be made to obtain the required data from other sources.
3. The lambda values for diabetes are changed accordingly.
