Step 1

Provide a paper summary that addresses the following questions.

What problem are you addressing?

Assume data comes in a stream, how to construct clustering systems for the variables in a dataset

What is your contribution?

How will you convince the reader you have succeeded?

Sketch a graph that would best support your claim.

If necessary, a table or theorem could be used instead, but a graph generally communicates better. You should define the axes and label the curves, but you don't need real data. (This is a different picture from that in (i))

Step 2

i) Read the other students summaries and write one question on their comment page.

ii) Update the wiki page to respond to the comments left!

Step 3

What papers on the past few years cite your "closest" paper? If your paper is very recent, what papers does it cite? Find them and print the abstract.

What are the current research groups that are doing similar work? In other words, if we get back a "isn't this close to X&Y's work? review" we should have read their current web page and know that it isn't close.

What journal / conference are the papers that are closest to your paper published in? Read the abstracts of the most current issue. Which abstract is closest in spirit to your paper?
