BioCyc (www.biocyc.org) or KEGG pathway database http://www.genome.jp/kegg/pathway.html).

After registering with BioCyc you can access flat file versions of all of their open databases (http://biocyc.org/download.shtml)- these include an SBML dump. SBML versions of KEGG databases are also available at http://www.systems-biology.org/001/001.html.

Finally, www.sbml.org also provides several API's for accessing SBML models from Java, MATLAB, C, and other languages.
